BBÖ lokomotive plate font

    Hi everyone,

    I have to design some plates for a BBÖ locomotive
    Could anyone help me identify and suggest which is the correct font for Austrian railway letters?
    I would have identified the font from the Bahnscrift family but they don't seem exactly the same as those on the license plates in circulation
    For example, the numbers 1 and 4 are not perfectly the same as those used on real machines.

    After WW II the lettering was close to "DIN Mittelschrift", but not an exact match.

    Weil der Bastelvorschlag hier drinnen steht, schreib ich es hier rein wegen der Schilder - sonst bitte verschieben..

    Geht auch analog für alle Art von Schildern, da man auf der Modellbahn unterbringen will - zeige es deswegen her, wie in dem Fall gemacht (Teile der Führerstandsrückwand entstanden auch mit dieser Methode) - vielleicht hat ja jemand Lust, das auch nachzubauen - es gibt jedoch 100 anderer Methoden auch :8:.

    Aus einem guten (geraden Foto oder Scan) - mit Hilfe des Programmes…

    one of the options of the program is - you have the chance to create a vector grafik out from a picturepicture.
