Eine sehr schöne Lok! Auch ich bin gespannt! Lediglich die "toten Augen" stören mich, auch dann, wenn die Scheinwerferringe farblich hervorgehoben sind. Vielleicht kann man da noch Abhilfe schaffen!
LG Michael

I don`t understand what you mean with the "dead lights". The headlights will be with diodes which I will install in the next few days

I think, that´s it what Michael means

Sorry! I only suggested to supply this extraordinary beautiful engine with additional headlights, let´s say for example Roco "light-nails" for the ÖBB 4010, as our user ste70 mentioned today, even to avoid "dead eyes" . So the front-view of your 2020 would be an extremely realistic one!

Hello Meikl,
do you thinkI should sent such one set to Slav to make my 2020 more detailed? Where could I get it quickest???
LG GySEV
Sorry, not wise...
Michael
I don`t understand what exactly wight the light nails - the silver ring around the headlights or the plastic part that fits in the holes.
If you mean the plastic part it won`t be needed - the diodes fit directly in the holes.
My 04 is with 3mm warm white diodes that are fitted directly in the holes.
For Ludwig`s 2020 I ordered 3-pole 3mm Bi-color diodes (warm white/red) for the 2 headlights in the bottom.
Roco offers crystal clear "plastic parts", fitting in the holes, that simultaneously imitate very well the parabolic reflectors of the head lights. As well they deliver the "silver rings".

Hello Jos
BDZ55 is type LDH125. MAV/GySEV diesels are from type LDH70 - a short version of the LDH125.
But we can make them too - just have to use other chassis(as I remember Bachmann 44 ton switcher)
Best regards
Slav

One question concerning the Skoda locomotive shown in the opening of the thread:

Thanks in advance!
